A study of the season between seasons.
The Fall Equinox Collection continues my year-long experiment of looking at Louisiana land and sea through the lens of the zodiac seasons.
Cancer, Leo, and Virgo brought me home, into the heat, and closer to the tiny things. This collection moves from water and trees to sunflowers, bees, figs, goldenrod, and the familiar details that signal summer is finally beginning to loosen its grip.
Some pieces are big and quiet. Some are small and playful. All of them are part of the same exploration: finding something worth noticing in what has been here all along.
